We rent out our new holiday home at the Success holiday park Rhederlaagse Meren in Lathum (near Arnhem).

The new bungalow house is on a very nice plot, framed by hedges with a view of a pond from the terrace.

It has a room with two single box spring beds and a room with two box spring beds put together (double bed). It is therefore ideal for a family with two children (there is no baby bed and it does not fit in the two bedrooms).

There is also a modern bathroom, the kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, gas stove and large fridge with freezer compartment and the living-dining room.

Air conditioning ensures a pleasant living climate even on hot days. In winter, gas central heating ensures cozy warmth.

In the living room and in the children's room there are two smart TVs with German and Dutch (canal digital RIJK) satellite television.

In the garden shed is a washing machine that can also dry.

The southwest terrace faces south and is furnished with a table and four chairs. To the west, a beautiful lounge corner invites you to enjoy. You have a sunny spot around the clock. A large parasol is available for shade. Two sun loungers are available for relaxing in the garden.

There is also a new high-quality kettle grill, a CD radio system with Bluetooth receiver for streaming, e.g. via smartphone.

Wifi can either be booked at reception through the park (very slow and expensive) or through me (faster and cheaper).

The house is a non-smoking house, pets are not allowed.

About the park: It is beautifully situated in nature on a large lake with access to the IJssel with its own sandy beach. There is also a new outdoor pool with a slide. There is a small marina, boats can be rented. Likewise bicycles. The park also has a restaurant.

Beautiful Arnhem can be reached in 15 minutes by car or in 10 minutes by train from Duiven. The area is also ideal for beautiful bike rides. The park is easy to reach by car, after about 15 minutes after the border crossing at Emmerich/Elten you are there!
